Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at EOBDTOOLS. We strive to provide the highest quality diagnostic tools for your vehicle. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Conditions

You have 7 days to notify us of a return request from the date you received the item. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The product must be in its original packaging (including all cables, connectors, manuals, and software CDs).

• The seal of the software or hardware must not be broken (for specialized scanners).

• A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

• Software Licenses/Activations: Once a digital code is provided or a software module is activated, it is non-refundable.

• Physical Damage: Items showing signs of electrical surge, water damage, or physical mishandling by the user.

• Sale Items: Items purchased during "Clearance" or "Flash Sales" are generally non-refundable unless defective.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Credit Card).

• Timeline: Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
